Customers should notify Sure Shift Relocation as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a move.

Cancellation charges may apply if packing material, crew assignment, vehicle scheduling, or other operational preparation has already started.

For rescheduling requests, Sure Shift Relocation will try to provide the next suitable available slot based on team and vehicle availability.

Confirmed cancellation terms may vary by booking type and will be shared during service confirmation.
